Burlesque – parental guidance

Parents should be aware that there is nudity and some of the content is not appropriate for children.  This show will be performed on the Air Stage in Karma Valley on Friday from 23.15.  Parents/guardians are responsible for knowing where they children are at all times.

The dictionary defines burlesque as “a witty and mocking celebration of vaudeville entertainment” — a wry, tongue-in-cheek performance with a little sex appeal thrown in.

Who isn’t intrigued by Burlesque?  Now is your opportunity to watch it.

Performing and organising the Tease-O-Rama shows in the Black Box, is Belfast’s very own burlesque beauty, Soup DuJour. Bringing comedy, drama and her own touch of finesse to the Air Stage on Friday 8 August ,Soup duJour will be performing both ‘the girl who fell to earth,’ and ‘Marvellous Medicine’

Stendhal would also like to welcome from Dublin Bella A Go Go with her very entertaining ‘Miss Dotty Potts‘ and the gloriously exotic, glamourous and powerfully mystical, ‘Queen of Sheba,’  crowd participation will be encouraged.
