All the world’s a stage at Stendhal

Stendhal is delighted to be welcoming some brilliant and engaging theatre to the festival in August.

Featuring the work of three Northern Irish theatre companies, this year at Stendhal you can catch a performance of ‘The wooing of Barney Mckeown’ by the Limavady Drama Club, a brilliant total immersion production called ‘Theatre in Cars’ by the Big-Telly Theatre Company and a selection of short plays by Belfast based Shot Glass theatre.

We don’t want to give too much away but the Limavady Drama Club’s performance of ‘The wooing of Barney Mckeown’ will be accompanied by a wonderfully innovative set design, while The Big Telly Theatre company will be bringing one of the most immersive theatre experiences we have ever heard of to the event.

We also have Shot Glass Theatre coming along who specialise in pub theatre but their short plays will also work really well in and around the festival site.
