Unlocked – The first festival of it’s kind in the history of Northern Ireland.

Expect special performances from some of the very best talent the island of Ireland has to offer, beer gardens, delicious food and perhaps best of all, over 20 acres of outdoor scenic countryside to enjoy.

FIRST RELEASE OF 250 TICKETS AVAILABLE

MORE TO BE RELEASED BASED ON GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE

This event will only be able to accommodate a very limited number of patrons.

We hope to be able to welcome between 500 and 1000 people to Ballymully Cottage Farm come August but initially only 250 tickets for each of the three aforementioned events will be released.

More will be released as we proceed.

Ticket types will include weekend camping and weekend non-camping and can be purchased by patrons aged 21 and over.

No family tickets will be released for this event currently. We aim to explore a separate Family event. (please see below for further explanation).

No single day tickets will be released.

Campervan & Caravan tickets are available at very limited numbers.

Each camping ticket will be accompanied by a pre-booked 8mx8m camping plot or a campervan / caravan plot.

Please note that any single purchased ticket is for one weekend event only.

All camp plots will measure 8mx8m

Camp plots are strictly for 2 people from the same household or social support bubble per plot. (This will be under constant review).

Due to nature of being able to pre-book plots – you may wish to book tickets at the same time as others from different households to ensure you can book plots beside each other.

Weekend non-camping tickets available. No single day non camping options are available this year.

The festival site will consist of 25 acres .

The site will include one general campsite.

One Main Festival arena in Karma Valley.

Social distancing measures will be in place throughout the site, from entry search to campsites, festival arenas, toilets and food vendors.

A multitude of sanitizing stations and water points to wash your hands will be available.

Minimum of 3 stages

Mimimum of 50 performances across 2 days

Line-up for each event will be different for the most part.

Line-up announcements for event 1 will be on Friday July 3

Line-up annoucnemenst for subsequent events will occur throughout July

All patrons, staff and performers will be expected to respect social distancing measures and adhere to the current 1m rule.

Areas around the site will be marked so that social distancing can be adhered to easily and safely.

Social distancing while inebriated is difficult.

In order to ensure that social distancing is maintained we must do everything within our power to ensure that patrons are capable of abiding by the measures in place.

As a result we are proposing that each patron is provided with a daily alcohol limit of 6- 8 drinks per person.

This means that all alcohol must be procured on site and no patrons may bring in a supply of their own alcohol.

We will not price gouge on drinks procured on site.

Each Patron will receive a daily allowance ticket upon entry, which can be exchanged with payment for daily drinks tokens.

If you have covid-symptoms on the day of the event – do not travel to the event.

Thermal temperature checking machines will be installed at the entry point.

If anyone has a temperature that can be considered abnormal or in line with fever – that patron and the person the travelled with will not be granted access to the site.

If a patrons starts to show symptoms of covid on site there will be medical isolation huts to go to and get checked over.

If it turns out a patron tests positive for covid-19 at the event, we will contact the person they are sharing a tent with and check them for symptoms.

Both Patrons will be asked to leave the site.

If a patrons condition means that they are too unwell to leave the site under their own power, our medical team can transport them home.

Medical personnel will be in attendance to deal with any and all medical issues as normal.

Toilet hygiene measures are incredibly important therefore we are proposing the following.

Please bring your own toilet paper.

There will be one queue for all toilet banks.

Patrons at the front of the queue will be directed to which toilet is free having been cleaned following previous use.

Once a toilet has been used, it will be sprayed with suitable sanitizer and allowed to sit for approx. 1minute before it can be used again.

This means that we can ensure that all toilets will be sanitized after all uses as long as patrons can respect the new queuing systems.
